Reward yourself with a Healthy Treat:

Every time you finish a section, reward yourself with something quick and refreshing. I agree sugar gives you a short sharp high but just as it ends, you come crashing down and can’t focus with a clear mind. Consider healthier snack options like nuts, berries, natural yoghurt, and veggie sticks when you study. Regular study breaks after each section will help you stay focused and motivated.

Engage all your Senses While you Study

Get your senses active when you study. For instance, jazz up your notes with different colors and visual prompts to help you recall essential details, smell peppermint (helps you keep alert), say your notes out loud instead of just reading them (you’ll be surprised by how much more you can recall when you’ve read it out loud) – the more you can utilize your senses while you study, the higher the chance that it will stay with you in your exam.

Consider throwing a 15-20 min power nap to boost your energy and aim for 8-10 hours of adequate sleep, particularly in the nights leading to your finals. Absolutely!
